To cancel your reservation, simply notify us by email: contact@village-montana.com. The date of receipt will determine the date of cancellation. If your stay is not paid 30 days before your arrival, it will automatically be considered as cancelled. If your arrival is delayed or your departure early than booked, the entire stay will be due.

Cancellation conditions for chalets and residences *
- More than 30 days before the planned arrival date: refund of the amounts already paid
- 29 to 15 days before the planned arrival date: invoicing of 50 % of the total price of the holiday including any extra services
- 14 to 7 days before the planned arrival date: invoicing of 75 % of the total price of the holiday including any extra services
- Less than 7 days before the planned arrival date: invoicing of 100 % of the total price of the holiday including any extra services

Non-presentation on arrival, interruption of the holiday, early return: invoicing of 100 % of the total price of the holiday including any extra services.

Cancellation conditions for hotel *
- If you cancel more than 15 days from your arrival date: the deposit will be refunded
- If you cancel 14 days or less from your arrival date: the deposit will not be refunded

Yes, babies and children must be noted in the number of participants of the stay.

- Babies can sleep in a folding crib up to 15kg (3 years old), available free of charge (on request).
- For children from 3 years of age, we can add an additional bed in certain accommodations (only on request by your booking advisor, at an additional cost).

For chalets and residences :
The balance of the stay must reach us no later than 30 days before your arrival at Village Montana. Any reservation made less than 30 days before the arrival date must be paid in full to be confirmed.

For hotel :
The balance of the stay will be paid at the hotel at the end of your stay.

Yes, we accept animals in rentals (except 1st and 2nd category dogs), for a daily fee payable on booking: 25 € / night.

However, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited around swimming pools, in restaurants & bars. The vaccination record for animals must be up to date.

For chalets and residences :
Arrivals are from 5 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.

For hotel :
Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures before 11 a.m

The ski resorts of Val Thorens or Val d´Isère are all pedestrian or semi-pedestrian, street parking is prohibited. All our establishments have covered car parks (to be added when booking, price: 90 € / week).

From train stations and airports, our Taxi partners will provide your return transfer to Val Thorens or Val d'Isère.Booking form for a taxi

For chalets and residences :
A cleaning kit as well as the end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes) is included in the price of your stay.

For hotel :
Daily cleaning with change of sheets and towels every 2 days are included.

For chalets and residences :
Yes ! In the price of your stay is included the rental of the apartment, the supply of sheets and towels, beds made on arrival, the change of towels in the middle of the stay for any stay of at least 7 nights * , cleaning kit, tea towels *, satellite TV and direct line telephone (excluding communications), wifi, water, electricity and heating, end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area) , 1 bag of wood deposited in the apartments with fireplace.

For hotel :
Naturally, as well as a bathrobe and pair of slippers.
 

The tourist tax, collected on behalf of municipalities, is not included in our rates. The amount varies according to the municipality and the category of the establishment. It must be paid in full at the time of booking.
