Practical information

Spa access

Access to the sauna and steam room is strictly reserved for adults. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Entrance to the Spa facilities: indoor pool, sauna and hammam, is free for Chalet Skadi***** guests.

Reservations

Treatments and massages are available on reservation (preferably when booking your stay or by contacting reception +33 4 79 55 06 90). It is essential to arrive 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. In the event of late arrival, we will be obliged to reduce the time of your treatment out of respect for the following clients. Ritual treatments cannot be modified or replaced.

Cancellation

Cancellations received after 6 p.m. the day before your appointment will be billed in full.

Health

Please inform us of any health problems, allergies or injuries that may prevent you from enjoying your treatment. Our massages are exclusively dedicated to well-being and aesthetics, and are not medical or paramedical in nature. The term massage can also refer to body sculpting carried out by beauticians, using a variety of techniques.

Sauna / hammam / swimming pool

To respect your privacy, you must wear a bathing suit.

Lost and damaged property

Village Montana is not responsible for theft or damage to items at the Spa. We therefore advise you not to bring any personal effects or valuables.

Opening hours

Open daily from 10am to 8pm. From 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. the spa is reserved exclusively for adults.

External customers

Admission for external customers is €20/day for adults and €12 for children under 15. Only from 10am to 5pm. Entrance to the spa is free of charge for all treatments.
