Practical information

Spa access

Access to the sauna and steam room is strictly reserved for adults. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Entrance to the Spa facilities: indoor pool, sauna and hammam, is free for Izia***** chalet guests.

Reservations

Treatments and massages are available on reservation (preferably when booking your stay or by contacting reception +33 4 58 98 01 80). It is essential to arrive 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. In the event of late arrival, we will be obliged to reduce the time of your treatment out of respect for the following clients. Ritual treatments cannot be modified or replaced.

Cancellation

Cancellations received after 6 p.m. the day before your appointment will be billed in full.

Health

We kindly ask you to inform us of any health problems, allergies or injuries that might interfere with your treatment. Our massages are non-medical and non-paramedical. They are non-therapeutic aesthetic well-being treatments. The term massage can also be used to refer to body sculpting carried out by beauticians using a variety of techniques.

To respect your privacy, you must wear a bathing suit.

Lost and damaged property

Village Montana declines all responsibility for theft or damage to objects at the Spa. We therefore recommend that you do not bring any personal effects or valuables.

Opening hours

Open every day from 10am to 8pm. From 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. the spa is reserved exclusively for adults.

External customers

Admission for external customers is €20/day for adults and €10 for children under 15. Entrance to the spa is free of charge for all treatments.
