Practical information
Access to the sauna and steam room is strictly reserved for adults. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Entrance to the Spa facilities: indoor pool, sauna and hammam, is free for guests of Montana Lodge*****. For guests of Montana Village Residences****, admission is €20 for adults and €15 for children under 15.
Treatments and massages are available on reservation (preferably when booking your stay or by contacting reception +33 4 79 00 21 01). It is essential to arrive 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. In the event of late arrival, we will be obliged to reduce the time of your treatment out of respect for the following clients. Ritual treatments cannot be modified or replaced.
Please give us at least 12 hours' notice of any cancellation. Any treatment cancelled within this period will be invoiced in full.
Please inform us of any health problems, allergies or injuries that could interfere with your treatment. Our massages are non-medical and non para-medical. They are non-therapeutic aesthetic well-being treatments. The term massage can also be used to refer to body sculpting carried out by beauticians using a variety of techniques.
To respect your privacy, you must wear a bathing suit.
Village Montana declines all responsibility in the event of theft or damage of objects at the Spa. We therefore recommend that you do not bring any personal effects or valuables.
Open daily from 3pm to 7:45pm. From 7pm to 7:45pm, the spa is for adults only.
Admission for external customers is €25/day for adults and €15 for children under 15. However, admission is free for anyone who has booked a treatment. At the Spa reception desk, we lend you bath sheets; we do not provide bathrobes or slippers.
